Fivetran: Klaviyo connectors are syncing null campaign_id values for some event records

This incident has been resolved. Campaign_id values are now populating as expected for Klaviyo connectors.

Incident Summary
Description:
We discovered an issue where Klaviyo connectors were syncing null campaign_id values for some event records.

Timeline:
This issue was identified on August 29th at 11:22 UTC and was resolved on August 30th at 09:00 UTC.

Cause:
This issue was caused by a change to the sync strategy for campaign_id values on August 7th.

Resolution:
Rolling back the sync strategy to the previous version has resolved this issue. We will be triggering free partial resyncs of the event table for all affected connectors to correct null campaign_id values synced between August 7th and August 30th. An email communication will be sent prior to the resyncs with some additional details.

The fix has been deployed, and the campaign_id should now be correctly populated in the event table in subsequent syncs.

We will schedule a partial re-sync of the event table for the affected Klaviyo connectors. This re-sync will correct any records that were synced after the change made on August 7.

We are in the process of deploying a hotfix to roll back changes related to campaign_id filtering for events. Events from Aug 6th onward will need to be re-synced once the changes are deployed.
