We have identified an issue that impacts the extraction of Oracle connector services that have a pluggable database (PDB) the connector reads from.

We found that there were only two customers who had an edge case where their for Oracle EBS were not picking up valid changes. They will be individually contacted for fully resolving their connectors. We will post a full RCA here on the status page in the coming weeks.

Most of the affected connectors have been restored, and we've applied the fix to the remaining connectors that didn't pick up the previous fix.

We are finalising the fix for the connectors that are still affected by the issue. We expect all connectors to be back to normal shortly.

We identified some additional connectors that are continuing to intermittently missing changes in some Oracle connectors. We are continuing to investigate the cause.

We identified an issue with the PDB name field and have created a hotfix to resolve the problem. As a workaround, please update your connector to use the PDB name in capital case.
