This incident has been resolved. We have observed that instance rates are returning to normal levels and affected connectors are syncing successfully.

Incident Summary
Description:
Some connector syncs were failing with a 401 Unauthorised error.

Timeline:
The issue started on May 8, 2025, at 10:50 UTC and was resolved on May 8, 2025, at 19:24 UTC.

Cause:
The issue was caused by a code change made to the connector that controls refreshing access tokens, which caused the syncs to fail.

Resolution:
The change was reverted, and all affected connectors have returned to normal functionality.
