3rd Party: Delay in scheduling syncs for some connections running in multiple regions

This incident has been resolved, and we have observed that affected connections are now syncing successfully.

Incident Summary
Description:
We have identified an issue where multiple connection services are experiencing sync delays across multiple regions.

Timeline:
This issue began on December 19th at 11:15 UTC and was resolved on December 19th at 14:21 UTC.

Cause:
A third-party scheduling system used by Fivetran experienced an issue that prevented workloads from being scheduled correctly.

Resolution:
The third-party provider identified and resolved the issue on their end. Once resolved, normal scheduling behaviour was restored across affected connectors.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

We have engaged the third-party provider responsible for this component, and they are actively investigating the issue.
