This incident has been resolved.
Incident Description: We experienced an outage affecting our EU Beacon endpoint (https://beacon.flexnetmanager.eu). The services have been restored. However, some EU customers connected to this endpoint may experience delays or slow response times before their policy and usage data is available.
Restoration activity: Technical staff have identified the issue and completed remediation activities. In addition, health checks have confirmed services are now stable. We are currently monitoring the environment and waiting for the backlog to process.
