Cloud Management Platform - N - Self-Service - Shard 3 - Login Disruption

As per the preliminary investigation, our technical team identified that the issue occurred during a routine infrastructure update for shard3, leading to a service disruption. A full root cause analysis will be conducted, and we will take the necessary steps to prevent this from happening in the future.

This incident has been resolved.

Services appear to have been restored, and we are performing final validations to confirm full functionality.

Incident Description: We are currently experiencing a service disruption affecting access to the Cloud Management Self-Service Platform in the NA East region. As a result, customers on shard 3 may experience login issues when accessing related services, including CWF and self-service.

Priority: P1

Restoration Activity: Our technical teams are actively involved and are evaluating the situation. Additionally, we are exploring potential solutions to rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
