Issue Description: We observed a disruption impacting the Cloud Management Platform on Self-Service Shard 3. As a result, customers may have experienced intermittent issues when attempting to log in or access the platform. Priority: P2 Restoration Activity: Our teams identified the issue was caused by a front-end service instance that had become unresponsive. The service has since recovered, and functionality has begun to return. We are continuing to monitor the platform to ensure ongoing stability.
