Mitigation steps applied earlier have stabilized the database environment. At peak, certain long-running queries consumed a significant share of available memory, leading to contention and blocked sessions. These conditions have now cleared, and the environment is stable with no further issues observed.

Our technical team is continuing coordinated efforts to prevent recurrence, including safeguards to better manage long-running workloads. The incident remains open as a proactive measure, and we will provide the next update as soon as progress is made on the path forward.

Our teams are continuing to monitor the services closely, and all systems remain stable at this time. We are also collaborating with customers to complete additional validations. Further updates will be shared as new information becomes available.

Investigation confirmed that long-running queries in the affected database environment led to contention, elevated memory usage, and session blocking, which in turn slowed UI operations and delayed background processing. Mitigation has been applied to address this workload pattern, previously blocked sessions have cleared, and the environment is currently stable.

Coordinated efforts are ongoing, and we are monitoring closely to ensure the issue does not reoccur. The incident will remain open while we validate sustained recovery; further updates will be provided as needed.

Incident Description: We are currently investigating a service degradation affecting IT Asset Management services in the North America region. Customers may experience slow performance in the UI and longer processing times for background jobs. The system remains accessible, but operations may take longer than normal. The impact is limited to a subset of customers hosted on the affected database environment.

Mitigation steps have been applied to stabilize the environment, and performance has already started to improve as blocked sessions are cleared.
