Flexera One experienced a defect affecting capability updates across all regions, causing missing dashboards and tabular view reports for a subset of customers performing capability updates or new organization onboarding. The issue impacted IT Visibility and IT Asset Management components across US, EU, and APAC regions, while customers with existing active capabilities were not affected. After 92.8 hours, teams successfully deployed a permanent fix across all regions and confirmed full service restoration following validation.
Our teams have successfully applied the fix across all regions. Following post-deployment validations, we have confirmed that services have been fully restored and are operating normally.
Onboarding has been fully restored in NAM and APAC, with no known issues at this time. For the EU region, our teams have devised a fix, and deployment and validation activities are currently in progress. Our teams continue to work toward implementing a permanent resolution and will share further updates as progress is made.
