**Summary:** Following the deployment of the 2026 R1.1 release, a software defect caused degraded performance and intermittent reliability issues in Flexera One IT Asset Management (US), specifically affecting inventory upload and processing, as well as general UI and system tasks. Although the defect was previously known and mitigation steps were built into the deployment, automated remediation failed due to unexpected database conditions, requiring manual intervention. A hotfix was successfully deployed after approximately 7.9 hours, with post-deployment validation confirming full service restoration.
