We are aware of a critical incident that may be affecting some of our customers using our WFM and ATS (U.K.) solutions We have been able to identify the cause of this incident and are currently working towards finding an appropriate resolution. We will continue to provide updates here every 30 minutes or less until full service has been restored. Again we deeply apologise for this disruption.

The system has been brought back online, however, we have seen no improvement in the stability of the solution.

Unfortunately, the emergency maintenance currently being undertaken has resulted in a service interruption that is longer than expected. Our teams are doing all that they can to return the systems to the expected level of functionality.
