Please be advised that we are aware of an Incident with our cloud provider which directly impacts our ability to keep data up to date and synced. We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide further updates when they are provided to us. We are confident that, once the situation is resolved, scheduled syncs will resume. UPDATE:
Our cloud provider has advised that there services are now fully recovered.

We have performed tests to ensure the impact on our customers has been kept to an absolute minimum and believe that all services are now working at expected levels.
