The elevated API errors in KYC and KYB services, as well as the intermittent portal slowness observed yesterday starting around 12:00 PM, have been fully resolved. The root cause was addressed, and we have been monitoring the systems since the fix was deployed. All services have remained stable with no further errors or slowness detected.
