Outage Details

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting our Freshdesk custom mailbox, where customers are incorrectly receiving notifications that their outgoing emails cannot be sent. At this time, both incoming and outgoing emails are functioning normally. This issue seems to stem from our Office365 custom mailbox configuration, and we are actively working to resolve it in collaboration with the Office365 team.
