We regret to inform you that we are currently experiencing an interruption in the generation of eviction and criminal reports within our Online Leasing product. This issue has resulted in all eviction and criminal reports being placed in a pending status for all new lease transactions, including applications, mid-lease changes, renewals, and transfers where screening is required. The root cause of this disruption has been identified as a downtime in the search service provided by our screening vendor, Transunion. In response to this, Transunion has initiated a bridge to address and resolve the issue. Their production and development teams are actively working to restore full functionality. We are in continuous communication with Transunion and will provide timely updates as the situation progresses. We are committed to resolving this issue as quickly as possible to minimize the impact on our services and your operations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. We will keep you updated with all relevant information as it becomes available.

We are pleased to inform you that the issue causing the disruption in the generation of eviction and criminal reports within our Online Leasing product has been resolved. Our screening vendor, Transunion, has successfully addressed the error.

Currently, we are in the process of manually reprocessing all the lease transactions affected by this disruption. We expect this process to be completed shortly.

We will send out another update once all those reports have been successfully reprocessed and normal operations have resumed.
