Facebook Ads - Several metrics returning 0's or inaccurate values

Meta appears to have resolved the issue affecting its Insights API, which Funnel uses to retrieve Facebook Ads data. Our tests now return the correct spend, impressions, and clicks and customers we’ve worked with directly have confirmed their numbers are correct after refreshing their data.

Some historical dates may still show missing or lower than expected values until they are refreshed. We’re working to restore that data and are confirming how far back it goes. We’ll share another update once the affected data has been restored.

Meta has confirmed a known issue affecting its Insights API, which Funnel uses to retrieve Facebook Ads data. As a result, spend, impressions, and clicks may appear missing or lower than expected in Funnel, including for some historical dates. Meta’s team is working on a fix.

We’re in contact with Meta through the support ticket we opened and will continue to follow up with them. We’ll share another update here as soon as we hear more, including once the affected data has been restored.
