Following our previous update, our carrier's change implementation has been successful. Throughout our overnight monitoring, we have observed restoration of service across our network. Please report any outstanding issues via regular channels for investigation. This incident will now close.

Following our previous update, the emergency change has been implemented as planned and our teams are now monitoring the network.
Initial results look positive and our team will continue to monitor through the night and into the working day.

An emergency change has been scheduled for 22:00 to restore service.

Further to our previous update, our mobile carrier and engineering teams have identified the issue with one specific data link causing intermittent issues for users.
Work is ongoing to review options to fix or remove this data link while maintaining minimum risk to the wider mobile base.

Further to our previous update, our engineering teams continue to work with our mobile carrier to identify the cause of the data issue.
Monitoring indicates that some data sessions have recovered and we ask you to retest at this time. A small numbers of services may still be impacted and this is being investigated as a priority.

Further to our previous update, Gamma engineers are continuing to investigate this issue. The mobile carrier has been engaged and are conducting an investigation. A further update will be available at 12:00

We have observed a number of 4G devices lose service overnight. Impact is currently being assessed, and an investigation is underway across teams to identify the cause of this issue. The next update will be available at 10:00.
