Further to our previous update, an optical module has been replaced on the affected Ethernet Hub, and all circuits are now showing as stable.
We kindly ask customers to retest their services and contact the Service Desk through the usual channels if any issues persist. We apologise for any disruption caused during this incident.
We will continue to monitor the situation, and if no further issues are reported, the incident will be closed at 12:00 PM.

We are currently experiencing degraded performance on one of our Ethernet Hubs which is resulting in slow speeds. Our technical team is actively investigating the issue to identify the root cause. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience. A further update will be provided by 11:00 AM
