Further to our recent communication we can confirm that Our infrastructure team have completed the actions needed to address the issue and can confirm services have been stable across the platform.
Cirrus IRT team have closed the incident based on resolution and positive customer confirmation.
Cirrus will provide an RCA next week. We will monitor until 5pm and will close the incident at this time.

Further to our recent update: Cirrus can confirm that their infrastructure team have completed the actions needed to address the issue.
We are seeing stable platform performance since around 10:45am.
Advice to users is please refresh any agent sessions from this point and confirm if any issues remain from this point.
We will provide another update at 12 noon.

We are receiving an increased volume of calls to our support team regarding the Cirrus Platform and are investigating a potential issue. We are engaging the relevant teams and will provide further updates in 30 mins.
