We have found that services are now showing online and the Knowledge Based Diagnostic (KBD) testing is clear.
If you have any services still offline, please carry out first line checks (restarting all equipment, reseating cabling etc) prior to continuing the fault journey with Gamma.

Due to a Major Service Outage in the Loughborough area, we are experiencing large volumes of calls and tickets.
Should you have a connection within this surrounding area which dropped around 9am this morning, the estimated completion for the fix is 2:30pm today.
Please continue to monitor the service for any change, where a follow up will be added at 3pm today.
