Following our previous update, internal and external testing confirms that both the Horizon and Horizon Contact GUI performance has returned to BAU levels.

Following our previous update, our monitoring and internal testing has indicated that the login performance is improving with the Horizon and Horizon Contact GUI’s now accessible within 30 seconds.
Our engineers continue to monitor performance.

Following our previous update, our engineers have performed a restart of key network components which has restored SSO access to the Horizon Contact GUI.
The standard Horizon GUI is still experiencing issues and our engineers are continuing to investigate as a priority.

Further to our previous update, our engineers are continuing to investigate the issue impacting logins.
For Standard Horizon, both SSO via the Gamma Portal and direct logins are impacted.
For Horizon Contact, logins directly to the client are working as intended and the issue is only impacting SSO via the Gamma Portal.
