We have observed successful traffic from approximately 14:44. Whilst our internal support teams continue to investigate the root cause of the fault, we kindly ask partners to retest and if faults are still being encountered, report these via the Service Desk.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and a further update will be provided by 09:30 tomorrow, Thursday 13/8/2026.

We have received an influx of calls into the service desk reporting inbound and outbound traffic failures from approximately 14:00.
We have raised this to our support team who are investigating as a priority.
A further update will be provided by 16:00 or earlier should one become available.
