There was a TTEC configuration issue that lead to an error loop causing a spike in resources. TTEC adjusted the configuration. Customer is now experiencing stable Edges and stable calls. TTEC will investigate long-term mitigation with safeguards. Genesys will attend future sync with customer and TTEC to ensure impact is mitigated moving forward.
