There is an ongoing service issue with ServiceNow SSO logins and the Service Catalog. A workaround has been put in place, which allows existing ServiceNow users to log in as usual. Someone who has never logged in to ServiceNow will be unable to log in. We are actively working to address the root cause and to resolve the entire issue.
