Outage Details

After a scheduled code upgrade of the hardware that hosts the GlobalProtect VPN Portal, vpn.gatech.edu, the GlobalProtect client is now requiring users to authenticate twice. Network Services has opened a high priority ticket with a vendor to investigate the issue.

While this is an inconvenience, the VPN service itself appears to otherwise be operating normally.
