Outage Details

OIT is aware of an issue with some DNS records being affected after work was completed tonight on some of the WebPlesk systems. This has made it to where some websites hosted on these WebPlesk systems are not resolvable via DNS at this time. The team responsible for the WebPlesk services at Tech are currently working on correcting these DNS records. We will update this with more information as it becomes available.

The team responsible for the WebPlesk services at Tech are currently working on correcting these DNS records. We will update this with more information as it becomes available.

The work on this issue is taking a bit longer than expected with fixing the DNS records that were accidentally removed. This work should take a little over half an hour to be completely fixed. We appreciate your patience as we work through fixing this problem.
