Notes not rendering for MRs where Author is null

For MRs where no author is set or the author appears as "ghost user", notes and comments aren't displaying properly. A fix is being deployed to production and may take a few hours to complete. Details in: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/production/-/issues/19854

For MRs where no author is set or the author appears as "ghost user", notes and comments aren't rendering properly. A fix is being deployed to production and may take a few hours to complete. Workaround available, see details in: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/production/-/issues/19854

The fix has been successfully deployed to production on GitLab.com. MR notes should now be rendering correctly without the need of a workaround. We will monitor the behavior for ~30 minutes and confirm the incident is resolved.
