Error updating group Duo settings

We are aware of an error occurring when attempting to update Duo settings for groups on GitLab.com. We have identified the problematic change and are working on a revert. Details in: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/production/-/work_items/21138

A revert MR has been merged and we are working to get this deployed to production. This may take up to 5 hours or more. Details in: gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/production/-/issues/21138
