GiveCampus experienced intermittent payment processing failures specifically affecting schools using Touchnet payment processor for 48.4 hours. The incident impacted the GC Online Giving component, while other payment methods including Stripe, PayPal/Venmo, Cash App Pay, and Chariot continued to function normally. The issue was resolved after engineering investigation confirmed TouchNet payments were processing successfully again.

We are no longer seeing errors with TouchNet and have confirmed successful gifts are being processed. There was no impact for any other GiveCampus Payment processor.
