At 3:30pm ET, the team deployed changes that resulted in incompatibilities between third-party libraries and monitoring tools ultimately causing downtime across the GiveGab application. The Giving Days platform was not affected.
At 3:45pm ET, the team deployed a change to resolve the errors in production. We are working on identifying the exact issue before re-releasing the related updates.
