Our team has now managed to identify and send out all USD payouts unaffected by this issue. For merchants affected by this issue, we will reach out directly to clarify the situation and next steps.

We’ve identified that some USD payments scheduled to be collected on 31 August 2026 were not processed. We’re working with our banking partner to identify the affected payments and reprocess them. We will provide another update as soon as there’s more information.
