As of 14:25 UTC, we have observed issues with the creation of new Hosted Grafana stacks in the us-east-0 cluster, only. Engineering is aware and actively investigating possible paths forward. Customers who attempt to create a stack in the "AWS US East" region will not experience an error, but will be unable to successfully create a stack via the grafana.com portal or the API.

As of 19:25 UTC, Engineering has applied a mitigation and stacks can now be successfully created in the "AWS US East" region. As such, we are considering this incident resolved.

As of 19:00 UTC, Engineering has identified the issue and is actively working on identifying the best possible mitigation path. Customers will continue to experience issues creating new stacks in the "AWS US East" region
