The connection can be refreshed by clicking the *Recover from Error* button in the Heroku Connect Dashboard's *Manage Connections* section. All data will resume syncing when the connection is restored, or when the incident resolves.

Beginning at 10:00 UTC on March 17, 2025, Heroku Connect instances are stuck in a `DB_UNVAILABLE` state for some customers. Data already synced is available in Postgres, but new changes will not be synced.
The connection can be refreshed by clicking the *Recover from Error* button in the Heroku Connect Dashboard's *Manage Connections* section. All data will resume syncing when the connection is restored, or when the incident resolves.
