Beginning at 16:30 UTC on March 25, 2025, some API events are not being captured in application logs. These log lines are proceeded by the `app[api]` identifier and include details of deploys, restarts, CLI commands and other API events.
This does not affect the execution of those commands, only their visibility in application logs.
Engineers are investigating an issue with Application Logs. Application logs normally preceded with the `app[api]` identifier may not appear.
