Our engineers are continuing work to restore response times on data.heroku.com, specifically Dataclips, to acceptable levels. We continue to believe the impact has now been reduced to Users with a very high number of Dataclips. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Beginning at 15:30 UTC on July 16th 2025, data.heroku.com, which includes Dataclips and Postgres Data Dashboard, is experiencing delayed response times and service unavailable errors for many customers. Our engineers are working to resolve the issue.

Customer's Databases are not impacted by this Dashboard degradation and are functioning normally.
