UPDATE 4 days ago - at 07/22/2025 11:46PM

We have begun a phased rollout to address the uneven routing distribution impacting some applications using Router 2.0 on the Common Runtime. This rollout is being carefully staged to ensure system stability. We anticipate completing the rollout within approximately four hours. We are actively monitoring system performance and will provide additional updates as progress continues.

UPDATE 4 days ago - at 07/22/2025 10:05PM

Our engineers have identified the root cause of an issue affecting a subset of customer applications running on the Common Runtime with Router 2.0. Beginning July 17, 2025, these apps experienced uneven load distribution across dynos, resulting in increased request latency and timeouts.

We have identified a fix and are actively working through remediation steps to restore normal load distribution. We will continue to provide updates as progress is made.

We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue.
