On August 13, 2025 starting at 00:00 UTC (20:00 ET, August 12) and continuing until 01:00 UTC (21:00 ET, August 12), Heroku will be performing a maintenance.
During this time, Cedar generation Common Runtime apps in the EU could experience the following for up to 10 minutes:
* The inability to perform general dyno scaling operations
* The inability to restart apps
* Delayed or timed out deployment operations
* Delayed Builds
Apps will remain fully available during this maintenance.
