Beginning at approximately 18:02 UTC on September 8 2025, some customers in the US region may have experienced intermittent connectivity issues with their applications causing timeouts. Heroku engineers responded to an unexpected spike in traffic. The connectivity issues resolved at approximately 18:33 UTC on September 8, 2025 as scaling policies increased capacity and the traffic spike subsided. Engineers will continue to monitor the traffic, but the incident is considered resolved.
