This incident has now been resolved. Thanks for bearing with us!

To recap, from 5:20 to 7:37 pm UTC, session processing was delayed. While trying to address this delay, we couldn't process the accumulated sessions, which meant that over 90% of the sessions captured during that time were lost.

Our sampling engine will adjust to capture at a higher rate for the day to fill in for your plan's daily allowance.
