We've identified the cause of the Conversation display delays in the Activity tab since 12:19 PM EDT (UTC -04:00) on May 5, 2025. These delays may impact tools such as the Ticket activity tab in HubSpot. Our team is investigating the cause of this issue and will update this page when more information is available.
