May 2026: Portal Web Errors and Agent Communication Delays
Huntress experienced a major service incident lasting 1.7 hours that affected the management portal, web services, agent deployment and communication, security awareness training, incident reports, and MDR for Microsoft 365. The issue was caused by an Amazon Web Services outage that impacted Huntress's ability to operate normally. The incident was resolved by shifting resources away from the affected AWS zone, restoring full service functionality.
