T-Mobile users may experience issues when requesting SMS/Text messages from the RapidIdentity Portal. This is not currently affecting other wireless carriers. We are investigating.

We have escalated the issue with T-Mobile and are awaiting their response.

We are awaiting next steps from T-Mobile. In the meantime, they have recommended that any customers experiencing this issue contact T-Mobile Support either by phone at 1-800-937-8997 or Facebook chat.
