Imagine Learning Outage History

Imagine Learning experienced a major service incident where users were unable to log in across multiple products including Imagine MyPath K-12, Imagine Language & Literacy, Imagine Español, Imagine Galileo, Traverse, Imagine Purpose K-5, Imagine Math, and Imagine Math Facts. The login issue was resolved after 17 minutes, allowing users to resume normal activities.

Imagine Learning Classroom experienced a major outage lasting 2.6 hours where users encountered login failures, web pages that wouldn't load, and slow page loading for those who could access the system. The incident affected multiple educational products including Illustrative Mathematics, EL Education, Guidebooks, and Odell Education. The team implemented a solution and monitored the system before confirming full resolution, allowing users to resume normal activities.

A cloud provider issue prevented some students, teachers, and family users from logging into Imagine Edgenuity and Imagine Purpose 6-12, along with several other Imagine Learning components. The incident lasted 3.8 hours before the team implemented a solution and restored normal login functionality for all affected users.

Students and educators experienced errors when accessing Imagine EdgeEX content for 1.2 hours. The technical team deployed a fix to resolve the content access issues. Normal service was restored and users were able to resume their activities without difficulty.
