EMEA (DE) - Customer Portal: Difficulties with updating data in People module

Impact: Issue with the People module affecting the Answers service (Chatbots) and also affected events analytics

Our development team has already found the root of the problem and we continue to monitor the current behavior of the tool. Some delays may still occur. We will keep updating you in the next hours.

We are continuing to work on recovery for the People module service.

Our responsible engineering teams are still working on recovering the People module's full functionality. The Answers service is operational once again; while the issue lasted, clients were only able to open chatbots in read-only mode.

Our dedicated engineers have found the cause of the issue and are currently working on a fix. More information will be available in the next update.

According to our ongoing investigation, the ongoing issue with People module might be affecting the Answers service (Chatbots), as well. However, our dedicated team is still investigating the scope of the issue.

We are currently experiencing issues with data management in People module in Customer Portal on our EMEA (DE) data center. Scope of the issue is being investigated and more information will be shared in the next update.
