India - Moments and Answers service degradation

Impact: For Moments, all accounts that have Change in Person Profile feature are affected, which means that new flows with that feature cannot be started.

For Answers, chatbots cannot be activated nor deactivated.

We are currently experiencing service degradation for our Moments and Answers services, which may be causing the following issues:

For our Moments service, all accounts utilizing the Change in Person Profile feature are affected, preventing the initiation of new flows with that feature.

For Answers, chatbots cannot be activated or deactivated.
