Impact: Multiple products relying on the service undergoing maintenance were affected and experienced degraded functionality during the incident.

We are currently experiencing issues with one of our internal services, which is undergoing scheduled maintenance. Since the expected impact was considered minor, this maintenance was not initially communicated to customers. However, we have since observed that multiple dependent services have been affected.
