EU Region-locked - Conversations Service Degradation

The degradation has been successfully resolved and the service is once again fully operational.
During the incident time-frame you may have noticed issues with reception of traffic in Conversations UI, overall slowness of All Work and My Work pages, agent status discrepancies in conversation assignment and view changes.

Impact: Issues and delays with inbound traffic to Conversation interface, overall slowness, agent status discrepancies, conversation assignment and view changes

We are currently experiencing issues with Conversations service over EU Region-locked (Germany) data center.
The issue is currently being investigated and more information will follow in the next update.

You may notice overall slowness of All Work page and failures in reception of traffic, as well as conversations view change issues and agent status capacity discrepancies in conversations assignment.
