Infobip experienced a 54-minute outage affecting top-up payment processing across multiple data centers, causing successful payments to remain stuck in "In progress" status while account balances and invoices failed to update in the Customer Portal. The service was fully restored with all payments correctly reflected in accounts, and no transactions were lost during the incident.
