Impact: Failure on uploading recipient file on Broadcast Service

The disruption arose from unexpected events that occurred during the planned maintenance that was underway between 22:00 and 02:00 UTC (https://status.infobip.com/incidents/t56vylwddbbf) and continued affecting our services after the planned completion time.

We are no longer observing new occurrences of file upload error. We are closely monitoring the situation with the engineering team as they work towards a resolution to ensure that the issue is entirely resolved.
