Infobip's Global (Europe) data center experienced a 34-minute service degradation affecting multiple services including Answers and Moments due to an issue with senders. Users were unable to select senders when creating campaigns across all channels, incoming messages were not being received, and incoming traffic was processed incorrectly with significant delays. The incident was resolved after investigation and corrective measures were implemented.

Impact: Incoming traffic was not processed correctly due to an issue with senders. This caused issues with Answers service.
Also, users could not select senders when creating campaigns.
